WartaMusi – Akibat aksinya heboh di media sosial instagram, dua kakak beradik, terpaksa berurusan dengan aparat kepolisian. Yang mana dua bersaudara ini mengancam seseorang dengan menggunakan parang (senjata tajam,red).

Belakangan diketahui pria tersebut Agus Salim (38) yang diamanakan Unit Pidum dan Tekab 134 Sat Reskrim Polrestabes Palembang, Senin (25/7) sekira pukul 14.00 WIB di wilayah Jakabaring.

Menurut informasi yang dihimpun bahwa pelaku Agus Salim melakukan aksinya tidak sendirian , melainkan bersama dengan kakaknya Aryadi

“Dalam Aksinya ternyata pelaku Agus tak sendiri melainkan dengan kakaknya yang langsung menghampiri korban kerumahnya,”ujar Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Palembang Kompol Tri Wahyudi saat ditemui diruang kerjanya, Senin (25/7).

Ia mengungkapkan kronologinya tersebut, berawal dari korban yang hendak pulang kerumah namun, di tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) korban melihat motor yang digunakan pelaku diparkirkan ditengah jalan, sehingga korban tak bisa lewat.

Kemudian, korban menegur pelaku namun, terjadi cek cok mulut. Kemudian kedua pelaku mendatangi rumah korban sambil membawa senjata tajam (Sajam).

“Selain keduanya Unit Pidum dan Tekab 134 juga mengamankan barang bukti berupa Sajam jenis pedang dan pisau serta pakaian yang dipakai saat kejadian,” ujarnya.

Atas perbuatannya, masih kata Kompol Tri Wahyudi akan dijerat dengan Pasal 335 KUHP dengan ancaman kurugan diatas 5 tahun penjara.(Red)
